Our rate card is published in full. You know what your event costs before you contact us, and the figure does not move afterwards.

Amounts shown before applicable taxes.
The guest count you give us is what we use to prepare the right volume and the right team. If the final count changes, we adjust together before the event: nobody is penalised for a starting estimate.
What this price covers
The whole menu. There is no reduced version, no per-drink surcharge and no travel fee inside our zones.
- The full menu, with no number limit: espresso and milk-based drinks, decaf, café infusé à froid, single-origin filter, iced drinks and signature drinks
- Homemade cold foam and syrups on the side, every flavour included
- Baristas and team sized to your event
- Cart, machines, cups, milks and all service equipment
- Travel within our zones
Extra, only if you ask for it
- Printed personalization: event menu, cart signage or cups in your colours. Three weeks’ notice minimum.
- Travel beyond our zones
Cold brew is included in the price at no extra cost. Because it is steeped the night before for your event, the quantity is limited to what we prepare: it is served until it runs out.
What "unlimited" actually means
Menu drinks are served without a number limit to the agreed guests, during the booked service window. Everything is prepared by hand at our baristas’ normal pace: this is not unlimited event duration, and not instant production. No cap, no per-drink surcharge, no counter.
Beyond the grid
Over 300 guests, over 4 hours, or a municipality outside our zones: we write a bespoke proposal rather than invent a rate.
