What we collect, why, and what we don’t do with it.

This section is awaiting the owner’s final wording before launch. It states only what is already agreed.

What we collect

When you send a quote request we collect: event type, date, municipality and postal code if you provide it, guest count, desired duration, your menu preferences, your name, your email, and, if you provide them, your company, phone and notes.

Why

Only to prepare your proposal, check whether your event is feasible, and reply to you the way you asked to be contacted.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your data. We don’t send it to analytics tools: site usage measurement is anonymous and contains no personal information. We don’t add you to any mailing list without your explicit, separate consent.

Retention and access

Requests are kept for as long as needed to follow up commercially. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to us.

Cookies

This site uses no advertising cookies. Your in-progress form answers stay in your browser only, so you don’t have to retype them.
