Booking terms

How a request becomes a confirmed booking.

This section is awaiting the owner’s final wording before launch. It states only what is already agreed.

From request to booking

1. Request, you send your request. This is not a booking and no date is held at this stage.
2. Check, we confirm the date, the venue, access and capacity.
3. Proposal, we issue a detailed proposal: services, total, deposit, balance schedule and terms.
4. Confirmation, the date is held once terms are accepted and the deposit is paid.

Deposit and balance

Deposit, balance, cancellation and rescheduling terms are confirmed in writing in your proposal. They are not published here yet.

Setup and teardown

The agreed service window does not include setup or teardown, which happen before and after. Venue access must be available during those periods.

Unlimited service

Menu drinks are served without a number limit to the agreed guests, during the booked service window. Everything is prepared by hand at our baristas’ normal pace: this is not unlimited event duration, and not instant production. No cap, no per-drink surcharge, no counter.

Cancellation and rescheduling

To be confirmed before launch. Applicable terms appear in your written proposal.
